“MONTHLY TENANTS! Please give us a call if you need a secure and gated RV site at our park. We are one of only two parks are fully secure in all of Carlsbad. Our rates are starting at $600. We will soon have covered sites and also will soon offer propane bottles filling services for all of our tenants. We also have a well-stocked store on site, a pool, giant laundry mat and fantastic shower and bathroom facilities. Also coming soon is an arcade and a café. Carlsbad RV Park
Our park is open for nightly reservations. Please call our office at 575-885-6333 or book online to reserve your site. Our office is open from 9am to 6pm seven days a week. If you arrive after our office closes, your site map will be in the drop box located to the right of the office door. Our pool is now open! Our restrooms and showers, and laundry are open 24 hours. for your convenience. We look forward to having you stay with us!
Our Park & Rates
We are a safe gated community. Key card access only after 6pm. Our brand new restrooms are sparkling clean.
Our Laundry & Community Room are open 24/7 with key card access. Our POOL is OPEN 10am to 6pm (winter months) 10am to 8pm (summer months). We have 40 Cable TV Channels.
Our Wi-Fi Hotspots are free to our Guests and are not meant for streaming. We are very dog friendly, with 4 off leash pet areas for dogs to play. We do ask that you tend your pets at all times and pick up after them. We have a 2 dog limit per RV site. No pets allowed in cabins.
